IS SHIPPING INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL COST OF MY ORDER?
NO shipping and handling is not included in the cost of an item, all orders are plus shipping and handling
HOW LONG SHALL SHIPPING TAKE?
If you choose UPS express shipping then we aim to have your order in your hands in 3-5 working days. If you choose airmail we aim to have your order in your hand in 9-11 working days.
HOW MUCH IS MY ORDER IN POUNDS? EUROS? YEN?
As exchange rates change daily we recommend you check at www.xe.com for up to date exchange rates!
ARE THE UGGS TRUE TO SIZE?
The UGG ® Australia boots are slightly large, however not a whole size. The UGG ® Australia boots are sized in US sizing. If you are a half size we recommend that you order half a size down, but otherwise order your normal size. Better to have a touch big than too tight!
WHAT IS MY UK SIZE IN UGG ® AUSTRALIA BOOTS?
Ok as mentioned above UGG ® Australia Boots are a touch large. The below sizing applies to the Classic styles.
UK3-3.5 is a US 5
UK4-4.5 is a US 6
UK5-5.5 is a US 7
UK6-6.5 is a US 8
UK7-7.5 is a US 9
UK8-8.5 is a US 10
