Do my boots come in the original box?
All boots are shipped in bags to give you the cheapest shipping price available.
Are we able to have the original box?
Yes. Just email us and we will notify you of the additional costs involved.
What is included in your gift wrapping?
Your boots will come in their original box, gift wrapped with a ribbon and a gift tag.
Who will pay taxes and duties if they are charged?
Taxes and Duties are not included in the cost of an item. They are the responsibility of the customer. We do our best to ship orders in such a way to avoid or at least reduce any additional costs. Please contact your local UPS or Fedex for taxes and duties that you may incurr.
How long shall shipping take?
Providing we have your item in stock, UPS/Fedex aim to have your order in your hands in 3-5 working days.
I am really confused about sizing. What can I do?
Just measure your innersoles of the shoes you are wearing right now and put a comment about size in the comments section of your order. We then can work out the size for you.

How quickly shall my order be dispatched?
We aim to send out all orders within 3 working days. At times we have to wait for deliveries to arrive from our suppliers, so occasionally we may have a delay with your order. We will always keep you informed.
