| WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
Footwear doesn't fit?
We will happily exchange your boots providing they are returned in pristine condition (including innersoles)and they are received within 30 days of receipt of goods. Please e-mail us at returns@australiadirect.com before returning any items. We will not accept any returns unless the appropriate paperwork is included in the return, so it is important to e-mail us first. We offer a few return options that may suit you for a quick and painless exchange.
Shipping will be free for the second pair(for the wrong size, not style), however we do not cover cost of return shipping. Just email us and let us know what your new size is.
Don’t like what you’ve bought?
You can return your purchase and we’ll happily refund the purchase price as long as they are received within 30 days of receipt of goods and are unworn. We do not refund shipping costs. It's advisable to return your purchase via regular registered insured mail (air or sea) as this is the cheapest method for you. Items are not to be returned via Fedex or UPS using Australiadirect's account.
As the majority of Drizabone clothing, RM Williams boots and Akubras are made to order, these items are non-returnable/refundable. | |
