| WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
Footwear/Clothing doesn't fit?
We will happily exchange your boots providing they are returned in pristine condition (including innersoles). Shipping will be free for the second pair(for the wrong size, not style), however we do not cover the shipping costs of the boots being returned. Just email us and let us know what your new size is.
Don’t like what you’ve bought?
You can return your purchase and we’ll happily refund the purchase price as long as they are received within 30 days of receipt of goods and are unworn. We do not refund shipping costs. Its advisable to return your purchase via regular registered insured mail (air or sea) as this is the cheapest method for you. Please enclose your details i.e. your name, order number and the reason for return.
Items are not to be returned via DHL or else the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. | |
